Facebook Connect seperti yang saya bahas sebelumnya disini merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mempermudah pembaca meninggalkan komentar. Sesuai yang saya janjikan beberapa hari lalu untuk membahas cara pemasangan Facebook Connect yang terintegrasi pada blog dengan fasilitas dari website disqus, dan sekarang mari kita langsung ke pembahasannya.
1. Daftar Disqus
2. Pada bagian home klik Add Website. isi Website URL,Website Name dan Short name
3. Setelah itu silakan pilih platform blog Anda
4. Di halaman selanjutnya adalah petunjuk penginstalan
Sampi tahap ini Anda sudah dapat melihat kotak komentar baru seperti kotak komentar wordpress yang berisikan name, email, dan url tetapi masih belum tersedia facebook connect.
5. Masuk halaman admin > setting, akan ada pilihan feature termasuk Facebook Connect. Centang kotak facebook connect dan Anda akan diminta "Enter Facebook API Key"
6. API Key didapat setelah Anda membuat sebuah aplikasi Facebook disini, beri nama pilih agree dan save
7. Di halaman edditapp anda akan mendapatkan API Key. Copy, paste pada halaman setting disqus (langkah no.5) dan save
8. Kembali ke edditapp klik pada link connect (sebelah kanan), silakan isi connect url dengan alamat blog, base domain dengan alamat blog tanpa http://misal "namaanda.blog.com" dan klik save changes
